W820NB PLUS no funciona el microfono en computadora

Buenas ayer intente usar los auriculares en el computador mediante bluetooth para poder tener una reunion (discord) y no me funcionaba el microfono pero si se logra escuchar correctamente, no logre configurar el microfono de los audifonos en el panel de sonido de discord ni en el panel de windows, no se si se debe instalar algun driver de los auriculares o desactivar alguna opcion desde los botones del audifono o de windows. gracias

Hola Naiko. dependiendo de windows que este usando, y el driver del propio bluetooth dongle (o onboard si es notebook) , hay muchos factores afecta la dificultad de setting, muy largo para explicar aqui.
Algunos factores que mas suele confundir a los usuarios:
1, configuracion de privacidad, a veces no permite acceso del Mic , para resolver Win+I > Privacy > Microphone.
2, algun conflicto del hardware, para resolver, Run Hardware & Devices / Audio Troubleshooters.
3, Microfono no esta seteado a predeterminado.
4, hay que revisar si el auricular conectado es "comunication device" o "sound device", el microfono elegido es Hand-Free o es microfono USB, windows 10 y 11 son diferentes maneras.
5, revisar los drivers, Win+X > Device Manager > Sound, Video & game controllers > click derecha > Properties > Driver Tab >
